BA2C Europe / Latin America is supporting (innovative) chemical, fertilizer, food and power start-up and grown-up companies to develop innovative technologies from pilot plant to semi-commercial plant phase and to facilitate companies to develop new generation chemical activities on industrial parks. Some assignments:

  • Developing innovative approaches to convert municipal and agricultural waste into valuable energy products

  • For client TNO-Voltachem develop new business and setup partnerships to stimulate (and commercialize) innovation in the chemical value chain. Focus on innovative process technology for commodities, higher added value chemical products and associated business.

  • Defining the operational and commercial model of the multi-purpose (bio-based) pilot plant on Brightlands Chemelot Campus;

  • Developing and participating in innovation funnel processes for various companies like Bilfinger Tebodin, Maire Technimont and Stamicarbon. Next to that postioning various engineering services clients with companies involved in circular chemical activities (like Neste, Novamont, KNN Cellulose, Basf);

  • Develop power plants (using clean technologies like gasification oil/organic/plastic material, methane-steam-reforming, oxy-fuel combustion) in Europe and Latin America. Preparing various feasibility studies (together with leading energy comanies and EPC Contractors) for projects in Latin America, sub-Saharan Africa and Europe;

  • Develop approach for pan-European engineering company to design and construct pilot plants;

  • Develop a electric car charging network (like Fastned in the Netherlands) in two Latin American countries;

  • Managing the development of a integrated design for an ammonia/urea plant to reduce engineering and construction time with about six months;

  • Defining approach for Mexican conglomate of companies to restore petrochemical industrial complex;

  • Support various European start-up companies to introduce their new technology in Latin America.
